Courtney created this space 6 years ago with one goal in mind—to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered to see their lives from a new perspective. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Meet Jenna, LLMSW

Jenna has 6 years of experience working with youth, families, and young adults. She specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing for Adolescents (MI-A).

Jenna primarily works with young adolescents and young adults who may be navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, behavioral issues, relationship difficulties, or struggles with self-esteem.

Jenna brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work and deeply values creating a space where her clients feel safe and supported in whatever they’re going through. Jenna’s style is warm, collaborative, strength-based, and client-centered. She believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own growth. Jenna strives to meet each person where they are, helping them understand their experiences while empowering them to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.

Meet Rachel, LLPC

Rachel has experience providing in-person and telehealth counseling services and have worked with individuals presenting with concerns including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, sexual assault, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem difficulties. Rachel’s clinical experience includes working with adult populations, military-affiliated individuals, and facilitating therapeutic groups. Additionally, she has completed Levels 1 and 2 training of Gottman Method through The Gottman Institute.

Rachel is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect. She strives to create a therapeutic environment in which clients feel heard, understood, and supported in pursuing meaningful change. She believes that personal development often occurs outside of one’s comfort zone, where challenges can foster resilience, skill-building, and self-discovery.

Why We Do What We Do!

Therapy is a powerful space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. In the midst of life’s challenges, it offers something many people don’t often experience elsewhere—a dedicated time and place to be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether someone is navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, or deeper emotional pain, therapy helps bring clarity, direction, and a sense of stability.

At the heart of meaningful therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Research and experience consistently show that the connection between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in successful outcomes. Feeling safe, respected, and genuinely understood allows individuals to open up, explore vulnerable parts of themselves, and begin to make lasting change. This relationship is built on trust, empathy, and collaboration—creating a foundation where growth can truly happen.

Our passion lies in walking alongside individuals through their unique journeys. We are deeply committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling gently challenged to grow. We believe in the potential for change, healing, and fulfillment at every stage of life, and it is a privilege to support that process.

Ultimately, therapy matters because people matter—and everyone deserves the opportunity to feel supported, understood, and equipped to live a more meaningful, balanced life.
